In the course of our last discussion, you havehad advised us to evaluate the spentamount of the PM service fee. Sorry, we have not responded to this earlier. Recently, we have calculated the actual spentamount which is totaling to approx. 3 man-monthapproximately three maintenances per month. With the consideration of the existing hourly rate, we have calculated a lump sum fee of INR 16,56,000 until the closure of the Designer RFP. As we remember, our PM service agreement was near to a mutual acceptance to initiate the agreement sign off process. In this scenario, could you please advise, shalladvise? Shall we revise the existing agreement fee limiting to INR 16,56,000.000? We hope the proposed approach would be workable, please.
