Hello val,

HI hope all is well. I'm sure by now you heard about what happened yesterday. I wanted to give you my side of the story so that you can document the incident.

I was invited to a meeting yesterday by the office manager Frank, and two other supervisors Joyce, and Micheal along with Samie, Berline and Gabin.. tThe meeting was about an email received from an American aAirline's costumer who was complaining about foul language used  at the counter while there wasere kchildsren present. wWe didn't have a chance to see the email or whatsoever.
He also talked about cell phones beeing used while at the counter  and. aAt that point everything was going well. aAs the meeting was about to come to an end, Joyce mentioned that she expected everyone to do what they are supposed to do, especially filling paperwork in the back office,. fFrom there a situation risdeveloped when I mrentisponded that I was well aware of my job description, and I performed my daily tasks with little to no supervision.
And tThis was when, out of no where., Tthe office manager asked me to write and email him my job description with a tone of intimidation and arrogance. I felt like I was been bulliesd by him when I questioned his motives. ThHen hbe stgartedn screaming at me and said, "Do you know who I am,?! Do you know who you you're talking to?" He repeated this numerous time. and then Iwhich gpoint I quick outly oleft his office because Hhe wouldn't tell me why I should write my Jjob description out of the 4 of us that took part ofin the meeting. I kept on asking him why, and instead of responding, he got louder and kept on saying, " do you know who I am ,? Do Iyou know who Iyou amre talking to.?"
I was unfairly sent home just for asking for a clarification regaboutrding his request,;  I felt like I was been pressured.
No one deserves to be treated thatis way, regardless of your title or your position. No one deserves to be screamed at..; we are all here for a purpose.
As a result of my unfair treatment, my blood pressure went up, and I had to take my heart medication. I had already haved a scheduled doctors visit today, for my last injection. I mention ited to Micheal that I will be staying home today.
