I’m so sad that you dontdon't have time for yourself and that you are very busy. I had similar problemproblems at your age.(for For example: i couldnt, I couldn't sleep becauasebecause I aaswas stressed by what I got fromI'd get on the test , or i didnt earI wouldn't eat or drink anything because I was afraid that the next lesson would be an exam.) thatThat was awful! But, I found a way to deal with it. For example: aA few minutes before going to bed you must dream about something nice and drink tea with mint, but when you are at school, you must talk a lot of with friendfriends. And the most important, is always have a positive thought. I think that thanks to this advice you will feel much better. I look forward to a positive response.
