I'm excited to apply for a position at Ambev and be a part of a company capable of developing innovative and efficient solutions. I've been looking for something along these lines since I met my life purpose: to impact lives. I have had experiences that have shown me that this is what I really want.

I worked on projects that, coincidentally, had positive feedback from the company's main values: quality, and sustainability. Complex projects that delivered well-structured solutions, in addition to achieved goals, such as satisfaction 10 (NPS). In this journey, I learned how a consultancy works and how to solve problems, and I fell in love with it.
I have an entrepreneurial attitude and the know-how to work in challenging environments at a fast pace. HelpedI helped in the 130% increase in annual revenue that my old company had achieved so far. My participation was both for selling solutions and for carrying out projects with a complex scope.

I believe that skills such as excellent verbal communication, organization, empathy, and proactivity will be a differential for my work. I see in Hatch an opportunity to further develop both these skills and others that will be important in my career.
