Theories X, Y & Z:
All of this theoriesthese theories' main goalgoals are to make our employer more productivity,productive and to get the maximum with thosethe resources that we have .
Theory xX is good for usingto use for those people who, for example, do those typetypes of job where you just do one or couple tasktwo tasks like a robot, and those employees don’t need to take responsibleresponsibility. We have to look after them and that’s it. It does not meansmean that those employees are irresponsible or somethinganything, but they only do those typetypes of jobjobs where it’s not necessary to be them.
Theory Y is good for thosethe type of employees whosewho do those typetypes of job whenjobs where you create something new or improve something old , for example, like in Google , inat their main office in silicon valleySilicon Valley, they made such a condition to cover all basic and not only basic needs , so that employees dodid not leave the office and could work on new projects or improve the old ones.
I haven’t hearheard about theoryTheory Z before, itsbut it's an interesting system but if. If I would bewas a manager I would use this only on those employees who really deserve it, ,and who proved by jobto me with their work that he/she deservedeserves it .
