Dear Karen and Javier,

I have enjoyed working for you for the past 11 months, and feel that I have learned a lot about Bungalow 5 and departments. I have enjoyed building my skill set, and would like to thank you for all the encouragement and opportunityies that you have given me.

I feel at this time that I am ready to take on more responsibility within our department.

If I may, I would like to request the following:

- To include the tracking # for all USPS shipped orders when invoicing them. I was told they should be invoiced first, then print the labels. Has this changed? If not, can it be changed?

- Access to my E-mail! I understand you feel I struggled with my business writing and grammar skills in my previous position. I respect your decision if you do not want me to send out emails. All I'm asking for is to have access to my email to be informed of any updates/changes within the company., Iinstead of relying on anyone telling me.

We- should have aA meeting oregarding what is expected from each of our roles within the Sample Department and who backovers up whom, if absent, to avoid confusion.

- To include everyone who is involved with anything within the Sample Department when conducting meetings.

- To be notified of all new policy changes within the customer service department. So when I covered the phone for Norah, I provide the proper information.

- I would also like to request from management, a more time effective way we handle our bulk mail system. (If you asked, I have a suggestion!)

Lastly, where are we with the requests below?

All samples, binder sets, catalogs, pulls, hardware, touch up pens & final orders. - I would like then to be generated, invoiced, shipped & shipped orders tracking #'s emailed by our Sample Department.

UPS WorldShip, and USPS to be downloaded to each of our computers to generate all labels from our desk so as to grab them from the Zebra printer.
