We would like to inform you that British National Albali apipa Passport no :51347404 address :40A Elmhurst road,E7 9PG London and Mohammad Illius Uddin Chowdhury Bangladeshi national Passport no BC 0632175 address :Vill –Rashidabad,PO- Mahazanhat,PS- Shovondandi , Chittagong ,Bangladesh, are married according to Muslim law since September 12, 2014.w We have been registered for our marriage under the rRepublic of Bangladesh gov.law, and Muslim law, at Chittagong Bangladesh, on September 12,2015.r Registration number is 39/2015,s September 12,2015.

Albali apipa has lives in London permanently s ine London for a long time. As a husband of aAlbali apipa, I am supposed to be there beside of her at all times. wWe should be happy as as newly married couple in our conjugal life to live together in athe same place. But it ias matter of sorrow, we are unable to do that just because of UKBA Spouse Immigration Law. Sponsoring of Spouse should earn £18600 per annum according to UKBA financial requirements, found at https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/eligibility. aAt the moment, Mmy wife aAlbali apipa is earning £16000 per annum and, which is doesn’t meet the financial requirements.
In thatis case, she started working her second job, but she  faellen sick within a couple of months. On account of her illness, she was compelsled to leave her second job and it is also almost impossible to start sanothecondr job in a new work place.
As we know, Ttime is moving very quickly .w We losthave already lost a valuable (2) two years from our conjugal life. Every persoplen haves some aims and dreams in their personal life .i  It’s completely natural to human life. I cannot go to the UKnited Kingdom until GOV bring anys flexible changes in the UKBA Immigration Rules. But we should not wait further more for ainy this case.
In this regards, we decided my wife will move to Sweden permanently, as soon as possible, and I will join wither there. We will settle over there.
In this connection, we would like to request if you could you please consider our case as a natural human life difficultiesy and take the necessary steps to issue a Shenzhen visa under directive-2004/38/EC and allow us to start conjugal life in Sweden .f For your gookind consideration we have attached some documents as folbelows:
