Re: Unpaid Wages (Monice Rogers)

I am writing in reference to my paycheck. I was hired by your company in July of 2010. I was not paid amy rate of $8.10 dufring the months ofm April 11th through September 16th, 2016. During those weeks of employment, I did not receive my full pay. I was paid different amounts at different times.

I have not yet received my full payment from Learning Land Day Care. I have calculated the amount of wages owed to me , and it comes to $4,000 based on my pay rate and hours.

On this Friday of, September 23rd, Learning Land Day Care (Elise Swift, Owner) I am requesteding mythe full amount that is due to me. The federal law requires me to receive my full payment on the next pay period. I am asking you aind a very respectful way to please pay the wages that are due to me. If we can work out an agreement without pursuing legal actions, I’m willing to work with you and the company. But only under one circumstance; if you agree to sign an agreement in to make payments over the next thirty days.
