Due to being a reflective person, I consistently evaluate lessons and my teaching, to develop professionally and for the progress of pupils. Assessment is a key element for reflection, and using assessment helps to show misconceptions, so that I can adapt my teaching strategies and plan future lessons. In placements, I used a variety of assessment techniques such as peer assessment, self-assessment, traffic light system, mini-plenaries and the use of questioning. In class, there is time spent on discussions which involved challenging questions that engagetd pupils engagnd kedpt andthem interested. ONumerous observers highlighted G"good questioning numerously" on feedback and observations on placements.
