In the past with CAE;
I have viewed many items we have discussed as opportunities, but at this point I’m feeling these opportunities have turned into threats. 
The past couple of days, even with Chris knowing Christian and myself would be driving to different locations, every experience was negative.  
Here are some of the examples that Christian, Daniel, and myself, encountered the past couple of days.

 

Port:

When we walked into the store (just before noon) the wind dancer was in the middle of the sales floor not being used and could cause injury to a customer.
  The store was a complete mess and three employees were working. 
The slate wall METRO lights are damaged and have not been updated. 
The reps were not coming from behind the counter.  W
The w
orst part, when Christian mentioned to the rep about making sure we walk a customer to the door when they leave, one of reps came at him stating WHY? (Condescending tone). 
When I heard that, I started walking towards their direction, Christian handled himself professionally and explained the customer experience aspect. 
Lastly, Ithe iPhone display was not powered (we have been asking for this since the fixture was installed). I have attached pictures.
