I would like to discuss scheduling benefits counseling for C.L. Flowers. DORS has recommended that he receimve beneforits counseling, before I complete theis vocational intake. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, he can be reached at Omni hHouse,
His only other contact is his sister, and he does not own a cell phone. C.L. stateold to a former care coordinator at Omni hHouse that his sister may not comply with meeting for benefits counseling, but she is his payee. It would be great for both C.L. and his sister to get a better understanding of the process.
Please let me know your availability tfor completeing a benefits counseling meeting.
