I am writing to inform you that I have submitted the notice of intent to submit ion the 1 st of mMarch, but I did not received any confirmation via email, and my supervisor did not get any form or letter about thait. Also, I want to ask you if I need to supbmit a hard copy of my thesis for examination at any tisome point? Please advise.
