During a specified interval, a timer will be used as a visual cue/prompt (Grey, Healy, Leader, & Hayes, 2009). The timer shows how manyuch time is left to work on visually, with an alarm sound (Ball, Arnold, & Yarrow, 2017). Therefore, it makes the client more motivated. Both working period and preferred activity time will be set by the timer.
