LICENSEE WILL ALSO MAINTAIN THE EXTERIOR OF HIS OR HER MANUFACTURED HOME IN A STATE OF GOOD CONDITION AND REPAIR. GRASS AREAS HAVE TO BE MOWED TO A HEIGHT OF NO MORE THAN TWO(2”)TWO INCHES (2”) AND SHRUBS AND TREES ARE TO BE PROPERLY TRIMMED AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE REPLACE ALL SKIRTING, STAIRS AND DECKS IN BAD CONDITIONSCONDITION.
