Thanks for the confirmation. As perPer my understanding, publishers do not have access to delete the folders/documents when the submission gets published/copied to the final pool.

I know certain people in each hub have access to delete,; however, if the publisher needs to delete any paper submission, they should contact admin to do this.

It would be better if dB is configured to the Test pool rather than reaching to admin every time when thea submission getsneeds to be deleted.
