I went over to the hub yesterday and witnessed for myself the impact this account is having on the operations. John replied to my email, stating that he will send the information to the customer. I called John and expressed my concerns on his email reply and reiterated the impact this was having on the operations. I asked John to send me a detailed email on his and the customers actioncustomer's steps moving forward. Below is the response I received from John.
