Anniversary
35Thirty-five years ago today, one amazing man walked me down the isleaisle to another amazing man! The first taught me that true men are compassionate, loving, loyal, and strong,; that they hold their loved ones dear to their hearts and are never afraid to wear their hearts on their sleeve. He taught me that I deserved only the best, but that I also had to "give back only the best", and this day, 35thirty-five years ago, I married an equally incredible man. And so, today is bittersweet.....My heart is full of love for both of them...one to celebrate our marriage...strong and committed, goofy and fun, fun, fun,; full of love and friendship! And the other, tooto say "I miss you" and thank you for showing me everyday what a husband and father should always be.
I am grateful everyday that I am loved. There is no man more "a man" than one who lives each day with love and laughter, unending pride and dedication.
