*for me a good option to fight with stress is meeting with friends. Because we can talk with friends about our problems. They can take you somewhere for example to the cinema, to the restaurant and that you will forget about stress.
*another way to fight with stress is watching films. People like watching films because they can see some things that will never happen in a real word. After
watch somewatching a movie they think about it, they start to smile. People want changes when they watch fantastic moviemovies and maybe when they change something in their life.
*also we can take some pills. When we take pills we
are beginningbegin to be patient and calm. We forget about everything and the most important we forget about stress. Sometimes it is a good option to take pills.
