Goals give our lives purpose. Goals are also what make us live for tomorrow. A goal I would like to achieve is to start a successful IT business. Three qualities I will need to reach this onerous feat are diligence, leadership, and decisiveness, as CEOs are hard-working leaders who make many important decisions.

Diligence is essential because I will need to do tedious work while running my business. Examples of this work include: checking on company departments, filling out a mass of paperwork, and going to meetings. As further proof, a survey by content marketing manager Jen Gustavson found that CEOs work nearly 10 – 11 hours per day, plus about 6 hours on the weekend. To be a successful entrepreneur, I will need to persevere through the grueling workload to benefit the company.
