Hello Everyoneeveryone,

John wanted me to reach out to you guys
aboutand share my experienceexperiences with consistently checking Etime.

I took John's advice and I
now check Etime at least five to six times a week, making sure no one is clocking in early, areor leaving late, without my awarenessknowledge.

I have a new employee who clocked in late a couple
of times last pay period, and by checking my Etime every other day I was able to catch the attendance problem and we had a serious conversation.

I explained to her the importance of time
management and attendance, and letgave her look atthe opportunity to see her time card from my perspective, after. Following our conversation, she has clocked in on time from then on, and now she is aware of my expectations.

They wereThe lateness was just by one to two minutes, but it was becoming a habit and we know if we don't stop bad habits early on, thanthen they can turn into bigger problems.
