The service user who lived with his wife in Brookside House who(who was also a service useruser) in Brookside House wanted to redesign his room and put his bed in his wife's'wife's room. The service user also wanted a brand-new DVD shelf and food for his room.

I made a note in the maintenance book so the maintenance staff cancould order the DVD shelf and place it in his room.

One day I decided to take the service user to the local supermarket so the service user cancould decide what food and drink he would like to put in his fridge.

Afterward, when we returned, the service user required assistance with putting his food in the fridge.
I also asked another staff member of staff to assist me with moving the bed into his wife's'wife's room.

AfterAfterward, the service user and his wife, gave me a nice feedback ofon how they were pleased with the final outcome.
