I had my own ADT dealership. My responsibilities included recruiting door to door sales people, training them, and then taking them on the road for door-to-door sales.
This involved driving them around in a van, droping off employees at different locationlocations, and picking them up once they had finished a street or set of streets.
I was responsible for 5-10 emp-loyeesemployees, making sure that they were all picked up and none of them were forgoten or lost.
Since most of the employees were much younger, I think that t6histhis experience is similar to driving a bus or a mini bus. It required me to be on time, to be responsible for many students, and stickingstick to a preplanedpre-planned route.
