PE lessons are as normal a type of subject as the rest of them. They’ re really important for young people in school age. Sometimes, and sometimes essential and only a well organisedwell-organised form of activity.
In my opinion, PE lessons aren't a distraction from the more important work. They're even equal liketo common Maths. Due to them, students can relax after their extended subjects. What is more, we apply to our mindminds a daily quantity of oxygen and thus study faster in this way. Of course, don't forget about our physical advancebenefits. The body is getting stronger and definitely more resistant. Another point doing sportsabout sport, especially at school, is that it teaches us collaboration, communication between our mates, shapeshapes our temper, and also showshows us how to play by the numbers.
According to many people, PE lessons are wastinga waste of our time at school. If this subject didn't exist, we would backgo home earlier, sit down, and do something for our next lesson biology lesson, for example. Many students don't like it, because they are embarrassed about their bodybodies or sport'ssporting abilities. Not only that, but they don't like to carry changing closeclothes along.
What is the proposeThe proposal is that everybody should have a locker on yourof their own andat school and put thetheir clothes there at schoolin for the whole day. Teachers should point their chargesout that, PE lessons are important in our age and for our advanceadvancement. The problemproblems could be lesslessen, if these lessons would be onwere at the finalend of the school day.
In conclusion, students shouldn't avoid it, because it's really helpful to forget about tough tests. Our brain is focused, as our brains are not only focused on counting numbers or writing essays. They make us happy, and it's a good opportunity to talk with our classmates beyond the class or school hall.
