inIn agreement with our General Manager Sauro Tanzini, I am writing to inform you that the sudden decision to block the loads from this Monday is not admissible, for there has not been noticeda notice at all.
This is causing an unplanned and severe increase of costs due to the subsequent delays and complaints from our suppliers and customers.

None of our current suppliers has this specification (palettenanschlagleiste) but they respect all the other requirements such as :
CODE XL TYPE
lateral side panels
Pallet abutment bar
at least 2,50 interior width
as specified in the "Requirement profile" valid from March 2011.

This sudden decision of yours doesn't even give us time to react and eventually to taketake on board any eventual changes in terms of the adjustments needed to ensure safety.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to resume, as usual, to loadloading the pending vehicles without further delays.
