Please be informed that the clearance process of our 10MT trail shipment was smooth. I would like to draw your attention to advise your documents preparer that it is a must to mention the Packing and Expiry Dates on all the original documents in Month-Year format. It is worth it to mention that luckily we managed to clear this container without the date format requirement. Failing to do so is subject to incurring a penalty due to dates mentioned on the documents did not matching the dates mentioned on the sacks (please refer to the attached picture).



On another note, there is a need to hang Humidity Absorber Bags in our containers, as the sacks received with our trail shipment were a bit moist.
