What gladdens my heartsheart is that your years on earth was impactful, you. You affected people of all ages, youand contributed in changing lives.

As I am penning this, I remembered how Professor Ogunba recommendrecommended I invite you for the EMSA week lecture in my capacity as the then President of Estate Management Students' Association, Obafemi Awolowo University,. Since then I have been privileged to learn and grow under your guidance.

I know by His grace, the beam in the legacy you left will continue burning.
