1. Do you agree or disagree with his argument?

There
are some points I agree howeverwith. However, after fully reading the full article, I have to say I disagree with his argument because our generation is completely different from his generation, hence, why our opinion will differ. To explain my reasoning further, whether our parent’s generation whether they grewparents grew up in the 90s, 80s, etc., Theirtheir way of capturing a moment or wanting to save a special memory and looking back at it again is by taking pictures with a disposable camera or film camera, and for us who grew up in the 2000s, our way of capturing the moment is by through smartphones. Smartphones gothave a feature where itthat allows us to record a video and takingtake photos of whatever, we want and savedsave them on our phone. We can also share our memory with others whether it is through text or on social media, and of course, we can always look back any time to reminisce the memory we had forgotten. For our generation, this wasis our way of sharing our experience. howeverHowever, most of us know how to control theour phone usage unlike some other people who are addicted to their phone 24/7.

2. In your opinion, are the solutions he sets out at the end of his essay helpful/reasonable/realistic? Why or why not?

He
setsets out reasonable and helpful points for someone who is addicted to their phone 24/7 and doesn’t get to enjoy nature fully. There are certain people who forgotforget how to enjoy their life to the fullest and experiencesexperience more interesting things than solely focusing on the digital world. “Nobody sees a flower really.,” Georgia O’Keefe said, “it. “It is so small. We haven’t time and to see takes time. (Ambrosino, 2018)." Instead of solely relying on technology we should also focus on the nature we are being surroundthat surrounds us and appreciate it more than technology where it can wait.
