Brand management is a function of marketing that uses techniques to increase the perceived value of a product line or brand over time. As a student, I was successful in coordinating a marketing campaign to enhance the brand master program name: International Business Administration and Foreign Trade at Hochschule Worms, Germany, under the course of International Project Management,. The program was designed to build a strong awareness of students from abroad about the quality of joining this mastermaster's program, and what differentiates it among other programs in anotherother universities. As a leader of the global team ofon this project, I was able to manage the budget, design advertisements and use social medialmedia to get our message across. This all resulted in a 40% admission application increaseincrease in admissions applications from international students to study an (IBAfor the IBA master’s program)program. The outstanding outcome of this project was based on successful strategic management and adequate leadership skills.

Lastly, your job description demands a person with an analytical and critical thinker, with a positive mental attitude. A positive attitude is a mindset that helps you see and recognize opportunities that are a consequence of thinking criticallycritical thinking. It will lead then lead to extractidentifying opportunities in the future. For almost six months, right after successfully finishing my internship, I have had the opportunity to write my academic mastermaster's thesis with KSB, focusing on how a digital mindset can be built up to successfully implement a 100 percent digital customer experience. The focus of this research helped me to understand that the initial success of a company’s digital customer experience fundamentally stands on having a solid digital mindset, particularly in the Marketing Department. Analytical thinking drove me to find outdiscover the vital wayapproaches that will enable the organizational members of KSB to transfer their traditional way of thinking intoto the contemporary way (digital mindset),; a process that will bring awareness to them inon how to build and manage the new digital customer journey.
