PrioritizesPrioritize tasks by importance and deadline.
I
organizedorganize myself to resolve the issue on time, or explain to the customer the reason for the delay. For the critical non-solved issue, I discusseddiscuss it with my manager to find the proper solution.
That will make a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
Check the available technical resources to find a solution with less time (search in salesforce for earlier cases, ask my colleagues, reading the manual), then test the proposed solutions when needed before providing the solution to our customer and finally archive the
infoinformation.
I will focus on my technical knowledge and increase my know-how, improve my skills in Linux, communication protocols, virtualization and boost my French level.
It will be effective to implement group learning method by arranging :
• Case study once
perevery 1-2 weeks presented by one of the TAC team.
• Internal training once per month presented by one of the senior staff.
