Building more railways or roads is of the most effective ways for which developsway to develop the economy of a country and beis convenient for people in a densely-populateddensely populated district. Some governments believe that itthey should spend more money on railways than roads inwhen considering construction projects. There is no doubt that I am certainly in favour of this view.

On the one hand, I accept to costit costs plenty of money on building roads, which can solve the problem of traffic jams and people would save lots of time on a trip. However, it is not the most efficient method inof saving time as so many people are on their way at the same time, which means spending more money on roads still does not deal with the problem. If it usesthe money is spent on railways, the traffic problem would be reduced and people can get to their destination faster. For instance, the subway runs under the roads without any restriction, so there is no need to waste time on theat traffic lightlights. Furthermore, the capacity of the subway is so big enough to carry a great number of people. Thus, railways create a fast-convenient lifefast and convenient mode of transport for people as well asand should spendhave more money spent on itthem.

On the other hand, spending more money on increasing the construction of railways would be friendly to the environment. For the reason that if the subways or trains are more fast-convenient than cars to each person, it would make people willing to take public transportation that reducing air pollution and protect the environment better. In other words, supposing some families are gathering together for a picnic, also each family is of two to three cars which are drove all of the cars. But if these whole people take trains or subways for that, it would reduce so much unnecessary pollution. Finally, it shows how important to use more money on railways.
