WouldI would like to share feedback regards aboutregarding Zalikha. First, when she came in, I trained her withon External appointments. itIt took 2 weeks for her to be independent with the external appointments. After a few weeks, I hand over totold Maha that I’ve thoughtI taught her with external and internal. I did not touch anything yet, but Basicbasics, like FV, and RV, I’ve gone through verbally with her what does it meanmeans. Once she was independent, aloneshe overlooked some external emails she overlooked and I did prompt her to clear them after checking all the emails. She did her part to clear after my instructioninstructions. There was a day that she supposewas supposed to pass over to me before her shift, endand her pass over was quite bad. sheShe did not go through all the ward apt, butappointments and she just informsinformed me there was only ONE patient appointment pending to obtain. While she passes over the phone call, I did openopened the internal appointments to confirm the handover was a proper onedone properly, and then I realized she did not pass over another appointment that was pending to obtain and there wasn’t any Comment indicated. I did questionask her why thisthe patient appointment was still pending and there wasn’tweren’t any remarks indicated. and theThe appointment was ordered 30 minminutes before her shift endsended, and she said that she forgot to see the ward appointments and told me she iswas going back now. I remember that I’veI highlighted this issue to farinaFarina. I told her okay then I’llI would clear the appointment.
