We are well known local traders thatwho bring a taste of traditionally roasted hog and homemade products of high quality, and without the Southwark Council funds, we won't be able to start trading again. Porcco stopped trading in March and since then we have not seen any income coming in, as you can see on our bank statements. The fund would help us to adapt our business to the current situation by providing our staff with PPE and by the maintenance of the machines and our van that has been on stand by since March. As well as providingAnd also to help us provide the signage to inform our customers of social distancing and also a shield to protect our food from contamination.
We had just established our company when we have beenwere hit by the lockdown, and this had a huge impact on the development of our company and the ability to survive.
As a result of the Covid-19, we had to stop paying salaries to our contractors and our other employee had been furloughed, and if we won't be able to go back to the market we sadly will have to make our employee redundant.
We weren't prepared to provide evidence in the form of quotations, and the figures shown on our applications are based on online searches. However, we are willing to provide the evidence requested if we will be granted more time to do so. 24 hours is not enough.
