Beware! I recently bought a top off their website and was notified by email of the delivery date. The day my top was supposed to be delivered, USPS changed the date; no new delivery date or status at that point. Confused, I emailed Nordstrom and USPS. According to USPS, they never received the package. Nordstrom replied by issuing me a refund without an explanation. However, they decided to ship the package after my refund. Still haven’t received the package. Nordstrom has the nerves to send me an email requesting I refundreturn the item or they will charge me automatically. This is their fault and they want to take my money!?! This is so wrong.
On another occasion, they sent me a completely wrong item that was used with human hair all over the jacket. When I returned this item in-store, the cashier said this happened to another person but instead of a gentleman t shirtgentleman‘s t-shirt, he received a female skirt.
