Forwarded for your attention are our two invoices for professional services to be rendered in taking instructions as follows:
1. Drafting of a Power of Attorney appointing Fr. James Mendy as your Attorney;attorney
2. Litigation fees in the Mattermatter of Thethe Bishop of Banjul AND the Shopkeepersshopkeepers occupying the Premisespremises of the Resurrection Parish Brikama.
We shall be grateful if Invoice NO: 1 can be settled soonest to enable us to pay Stamped Duty and register the same upon completion of signature and 50% of Invoice NO: 2 be, also settled for the preparation of court documents and payment of filing fees at the High Court in Brikama.
The remaining 50% be shall be paid upon successful completion of the case.
