I’m sending this email as a reminder for old staff, also since we haveour new staff and new line managers,. I will explain about leave request and Attendancethe attendance sheet.
Regarding the attendance sheet , I share it with all staff by an email around the 15th of each month.
Each line manager should follow with his/her staff to complete it and submit it on time.
Then the line manager shareshares it with me by email, or handedhands it to me as hard copies for him/herself and all his/her staff.
The attendance sheet that is submit itsubmitted to me should be signed by (employee, line manager , head of department).
Please don’t submit it without all signatures or it will be not accepted.
Regarding leave request , this should be submitsubmitted to the line manager before 7 days (in case of emergency he/she can agree with the line manager ).
The employee should follow fill all the signatures by (employee, line manager , head of department) otherwise it will not be accepted.
Then you can submit it to me for my signature.
