Thanks for your email. Your question is very obvious and honestly speaking I thought to explainof explaining it earlier in my previous email, but was it getting long so I thought it was better to avoid it.
Here is a brief on “How to handle licensing and RESPA” & "How to Get Paid".
1. Regarding "Whose name goes on the loan Application" - I had answered this question initially that it is my cousin, Chandan Kanodia, who is a licensed broker in CA and TX. As of now, we are closing the deal on his license. Even with Jay Ngo (Magnus Direct), Gerald Godoy (Houston Home Loan), and Arcus Lending (Shashank Shekhar), we use to close the deal on their licenses respectively, and henceforth, once we will put our shoulder to the wheel and commence working with you, we will probably have to submit all loan applications under your name, or someone else whom you would prefer within your team/network.

And regarding “how to get paid,” – the commission can be paid directly be paid to my California-based business. Every time we close a deal, we use to submit an invoice (Please find attached a few copies of the invoices - it will give you a clear picture and a better idea of how we get compensated.).
