As today’s meeting was very rushed I did not get to take notes.
Nevertheless, I understand that the points raised areare the following:
- Attention to detail - Example provided was the Excel sheet with the prices for the Company clothing merchant. Wherewhere I had used an incorrect formula, which leadled to incorrect numbers.
You showed me what formularformula to use instead and explained how the formularformula changed from the first column to the next and further on.

- Second- The second example provided was the costing sheet for Crafty Jan 2021. The totalled amount for purchases was incorrect as I had used a wrong formularan incorrect formula again. This happened right after we had discussed the previous Excel error I had made.

- Third- The third example given was the contact list for Scott, were it was not in the expected format and the Project managers were missing on the list.

Other points raised:
- Relying on me to provide accurate financial spreadsheets
- Spending more time on a task than required
- Complications when information is inaccurate
- Access to pay review letters in my absence.

I have learned that attention to detail is an ongoing process. Looking back, I have noticed that I have improved but I still need to continuously work on it as the skill is required in multiple ways other than in written documents only.
For this reason going forward I will be using a grammar checker prior to sending documents,. I will also take more time and rather that rushing to get the information, I will focus on quality and getting it right the first time.
I will also ask more questions to identify expectations for specific tasks.
Through this feedback I have identified a need for a training in Excel. Therefore I have scheduled Excel Trainingtraining for this month to refresh my skills, this. This will also help me exercise attention to detail.
