We are in receipt of your email. To the best of our knowledge, we have installed the machines and checked its performance in front of available officers.
Also, at that time reports generated are attached to the last page of your manual by yourself.

So you are requested to advise us as followingfollows, and we'll awaitingawait your replies:

1. Please Let us know the details of the person/people who are operating the machine at present, as this will help us to check the issue after talking to them.

2. Please share sample details tested along with the test reports. Let us know where the issue is.

3. During the installation on dateddates 18 & 19 January 2021, we havewe checked and tested the standard samples, and the reports are capped on your manual file too. Please refer to your manual file. We are again attaching installation certificates.

4. Please let us know the availability of all panel parties. Accordingly, we go for thecan do a web meeting & live demonstration once again, and it would be a pleasure to assist you when required.
