Elizabeth,

Below is a snapshot from my Feb billing sheet.

When I’m done with billing, I add two formulas to the bottom of my billing sheet. The formulas count the number of (“Y’s”/
“Yes’s”) which are the compliant areas. The second formula divides the quotient by my total # of Veterans (230), calculating the percentage of compliance for that deliverable.

This provides Dell with valuable data on which areas need attention.
In January, I expanded this to include all the Veterans on the billing sheet. This allows me to compare my areas with the rest of the contract
. (Dell likes to see how his regions stack up against the rest of the contract.).
I don’t add it to the
techTech report itself. The information is just for Dell’s purposesDell. Once it’s pasted into the Tech report as a new worksheet, it becomes part of the Tech report workbookReport Workbook. I left the formulas on the billing worksheet, so I went back and cleared them.
That “change” was “recorded” as a change to the Tech Report Workbook; however, it’s not a change.
