Third, modern conveniences and technology, such as the satellite dish and the internet, make it easy for Americans to remain lazy and avoid to exercise. Doctors have suggested some solutions to the problem. Americans need to eat food that is low in fat and high in fiber, such as grains, fruit and vegetables. They also need to exercise for twenty minuteminutes a day, three times a week. By following this plan, Americans can improve their overall health and set good examples for theretheir children.
