Overall, it’s accepted within the classroom that there are seven different types of learning styles. Teachers have to learn to adapt and change their lessons to accommodate every child andwith their different learning styles and techniques. From my own experiences as a student, I can conclude that I can learn in many different ways and forms. All in all though, I think that I’m a solitary and intrapersonal learner.
PeoplePeople might think, “What is a solitary and intrapersonal learner? A solitary learner can learn in pretty much any environment such as visual, auditory, physical, verbal, and logical. Personally this means that I can work and adapt to many different environments and learning styles. Though I’m flexible with learning and can adapt easily, there are still learning styles that conflict with mine.
II don’t relate to the social and interpersonal learner too well. I’ve always been considered a “lone wolf” and I’ve always secluded myself from others when it comes to learning. Though, if I had to, I would collaborate with my peers and persevere through the assignment/project.
ThinkingThinking about how my favorite teachers taught., I believe that the majority of teacher’steachers use the visual teaching method. I think because it’s pretty hard to miss and that students can take notes and look over itthem.
AllAll in all I solely believe think that teachers should try to use a mixed teaching method for all their students, so every student can comprehend what’s going on during the lesson.
