You had a call with @Adetoun Akinsunmi and other members of the team and there are things we would like to clarify.
There were several exits done by Zainab and SeamlessHR support on the system which included Chiemeze Ofodum. The record on the system shows that Chiemeze OfodumOfodum’s exit was done during the period the system was rolled over which cleared the exit record.
Also, we discovered that Oladele Agboola was never exited on the system and was also not included in the attached sheet, hence the reason there was no record of him being exited. Please exit the employee accordingly as advised in the previous mail.
Incorrect birthday date for Olaide Adenrele: Our review shows that the date of birth on the system aligns with the date of birth shared with us for the bulk edit of employees supervisors and countersigning. The employee has requested a change of date of birth, which is pending admin for approval.
Admins is not receiving notification for leave allowance requests:. The feature will be ready for testing in December and we will share it with the team once the feature is available.
Also, we will work with the system administrator to fully resolve all issues encountered on the system.
