Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about our stay at your campsite from June 15-20. We saw your campsite on your website, and it looked like a very relaxing place.
When my friends and I came to the campsite, we saw that the place was overcrowded. We booked it to get away from the people, but Amsterdam is a city that couldwe found it to be very different to what was advertised. Many would consider the city of Amsterdam to be less crowded than this campgroundcampsite.
First, the showers and restaurants were very dirty. It was not hygienic. It made me and some of my friends itchy. Even after taking a shower, we didn't feel clean. I couldn't eat anything because the tables were not cleared and there was no food either.
Also, the swimming pool was closed. So, so we couldn't swim. But it wasn't located on the sitecampsite. We were not happy about it.
Last but not least, the staff arewere unhelpful. We asked them where the showers were but got no answer. We had to ask another family who was on vacation there.
Therefore, I hope you will consider improving your campsite. I feel we deserve compensation and I look forward to hearing from you.
