The final results of the project are as follows: a 20% decrease in the school dropout rate, an increase in the students’ school performance, and an improvement in the results obtained in national examinations, mainly for Roma students through the integration of the new technologies in the educational process, a decreased number of absences among students from disadvantaged backgrounds;, increasing the interest of teachers to participatein participating in training and international cooperation activities and creating well-being. As a result of the training courses, we hope that each teacher will create attractive and effective content for learning, and develop multimedia documents to facilitate instruction using ICT tools. Teachers will develop the competence to create educational content with the integration of ICT. We also want the eight teachers involved in the mobility to become mentors and trainers for other colleagues in the educational institution, promoting good educationeducational practice.
