be addressed around the house:

* **Housekeeping**: Empty boxes should not be left scattered around the house. Food handling requires labeling and separating items in the fridge; food should be covered and stored properly to maintain cleanliness. Please note that the food available is intended for participants.

* **Reporting**: When submitting reports on CTARS, please ensure that you are adhering to the relevant reporting protocols for that shift. To provide thorough documentation, please include the following details:

* Type and amounts of food and fluid intake
* Behavior logs
* Engagement in Daily Living Tasks
* Bowel Management records
* Medication administration
* Strategies of engagement and responses
* Incident logs
* Active Night hourly reporting

Please note that if you require assistance with your reporting, you can always contact me or our management team for support.

* **Daily Living Tasks**: Staff members are encouraged to actively engage Cody and Liam in daily house tasks, such as helping with chores and taking photos of their participation. Working together on joint drives, planning activities in the yard, and involving both participants and staff in the planning process will help improve engagement and identify areas where additional support can be offered.

* **House Hygiene**: Maintaining high hygiene standards within the house is
essesntialessential. It is a fundamental right for Cody and Liam, as well as other individuals present inon the placement. All staff members should prioritize their duties and clean the house during their shifts, especially when Cody and Liam are not present. This includes making their beds and ensuring a clean living environment upon their return home.

* **Staff Conflict**: Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive working environment is our collective responsibility. It is key that every team member feels heard and respected in the workplace. Your contributions toward building a harmonious working environment are greatly valued.

It's essential that we maintain open communication and adherence to our team's scheduling commitments.I will be creating a WhatsApp group for our team to facilitate easy communication regarding shift swaps, updates, and any other workplace matters.
