Al Franken is a Senator, and he has already been accused twice of sexual harassment by two different women. It is devastating to hear that women are beinghave been touched inappropriately without givengiving consent. Recently, tons of women, and men, have spoken up about being sexually harassed by famous and powerful people. Franken is a powerful individual andwho might believe that he can get away with anything. However, that does not give him the right to touch someone's breast or rear without the proper consent. Even though he has apologized to both women, they will still live their lives remembering that Al Franken harassed them. If someone is asleep, or if they do not say anything at all, that does not mean yes.
