As per their advice I dropped in at the Vellore ABT office on , 23/4/21. E way bill no My parcel - E-waybill No 534669 -is still my parcel in sriperumbadurin the Sriperumbadur ABT delivery godown. I called to your office and they told we servedsaid that they serve up to our godown only, and that you should ask that party to come and collect, then i. Then I requested to deliver to the Bonofiglioli service center if I pay for thatpaid the extra cost., but they refused. I spoke with Bonofiglioli service center, and they told weme that they can't pick up from the parcel office. In this situation I don't know what I have to do. I am ready to pay additional at any cost if you can please deliver my machine to the said office. Because almost 1 month gonehas passed due to this covid 19 I amCovid-19, my business is suffering a lot in my business. Please do the needful / arrangenecessary/arrange auto to deliver this and I can pay that extra cost. I need to service my machine ASAP.
